Ruben recently joined us from Miami! For multiple years he was head bartender at Two Star L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami and One Star Le Jardinier Miami. His passion, dedication and creativity is truly unparalleled. In 2022 Ruben was awarded with the Michelin Guide Exceptional Cocktail Award.
